A bit of common sense for the Biochemist pt. 6
Air Force Lt. Gen. Henry A. Obering III, director of the Missile Defense Agency, summed up the progress of 93 billion dollars worth of research into a national missile defense shield with this comment:

"We have a better than zero chance of successfully intercepting, I believe, an inbound warhead," Obering said. "That confidence will improve over time."I wonder if that data is statistically significant . . .
